DMCA Policy - Copyright Claims

MP3Juice respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found at the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement performed using our platform.
Important Notice About MP3Juice
MP3Juice operates as a search engine that helps users find music content available on YouTube and other public sources. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted material on our servers. All content found through our search functionality is sourced directly from YouTube's public API.
Since we don't host any files, we cannot remove content from our servers. However, we are committed to respecting copyright and will cooperate with legitimate DMCA takedown requests.
Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and believe that any content found on or through MP3Juice infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA takedown request containing the following information:

- Physical or electronic signature - Of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
How to Submit a DMCA Request

Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, MP3Juice will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We take copyright violations seriously and will take action against users who repeatedly violate these policies.
